Remodeling
A kitchen renovation is one of the highest-impact upgrades you can make to a DC home — both in how it feels day-to-day and in resale value. We handle the full range, from a refresh of cabinets, countertops, and appliances to a full gut renovation with a new layout, new electrical and plumbing runs, structural changes, and custom built-in millwork.
Our Process
- Design consultation — we meet on-site, talk through how you cook and entertain, then propose a layout, materials, and a line-item estimate.
- Demolition & rough-in — selective demo, then plumbing, electrical, gas, and HVAC roughed in. Walls moved where needed.
- Cabinet & countertop install — semi-custom or fully custom cabinetry installed plumb and level; countertops templated, fabricated, and installed.
- Appliances, finishes, punch list — appliances connected, backsplash tiled, lighting installed, and a clean walk-through.

Custom Cabinetry:
Semi-custom or fully custom cabinets sized to your space — full-height storage, integrated panels, and quality hardware.
Countertop Options:
Granite, quartz, marble, butcher block, and more — see our countertops for the materials we work with.
Layout Improvements:
Walls opened where it makes sense — galley to open plan, awkward peninsulas reworked, more usable counter and storage.
Updated Systems:
New electrical circuits, gas runs, ventilation, and code-compliant plumbing as part of the remodel.
Kitchen remodels are often paired with a bathroom remodel or a full historic home renovation. We also work with our own cabinet and countertop product lines.
