General
Contracting
When a renovation spans more than one room or involves multiple trades, you need a general contractor managing the project — not yourself coordinating plumbers, electricians, inspectors, and suppliers on weekends. Bera Constructions runs whole-home renovations, additions, and major remodels in Washington DC as a single point of accountability: one estimate, one schedule, one team responsible for the result.
Our Process
- Pre-construction — scope review, on-site assessment, line-item estimate, and a realistic timeline you can plan around.
- Permits & planning — drawings (with your architect or ours), DOB filings, HPRB review when in a historic district, and pre-construction meetings.
- Construction management — daily site supervision, trade coordination, material procurement, and weekly progress updates.
- Closeout — final inspections, punch list completion, warranty walk-through, and as-built documentation.
